A work order traveler is the printed route that leaves with the part. Purchasing can keep the work order. The floor needs operations, a station, and a place to sign.
Do not send the packing list as the route
A work order says what to bill. A traveler says what to do next. If night shift has to open the ERP to learn the rev, you printed the wrong sheet. Clip the traveler. Leave the work order in the office folder.
Same job number, two jobs
