Route card traveler
Route card is the old name. The job is the same.
Shops that grew up on paper called it a route card. Software vendors call it a traveler. Either way it is the ordered list of operations a person signs. Job Traveler prints that list as a letter PDF.
Number like you will insert work
10, 20, 30. When the first article needs a polish, that is 25. Do not renumber a live card. Strike a skipped step. A route card that gets rewritten mid-lot is two cards pretending to be one.
Card vs screen
A route in an MRP is for capacity. A route card on the tote is for the person holding the wrench. Exporting a screenshot of the MRP is not a card. Print the shop traveler template fields and clip them.
