First month: 30 days, no questions
If the packet is not useful on your floor, say so. We refund the first month within 30 days of the first charge.
How to ask
Email jesse.adams@corcom.io from the account address you subscribed with. Include the email on the Stripe receipt. No form essay required.
After the first month
Cancel in the Stripe customer portal from your account page. You keep access through the period already paid. We do not prorate later months except where the law requires it.
Chargebacks
Ask for a refund first. A surprise chargeback on a test or live invoice just creates work for both of us.
