What we keep, and what we do not
Job Traveler is a document tool. We store the minimum needed to run your account and print your packets.

Account data
Email and a hashed password. Stripe customer and subscription IDs after you pay. We do not ask for a shop name, phone, or mailing address.
Job and equipment data
Saved travelers and equipment rows live in the app database so you can edit and reprint. Delete a job or a gage and it is gone. Do not put export-controlled technical data, classified information, or other people’s secrets in a traveler field.
Payments
Card data is handled by Stripe. We never see full card numbers. Receipts are sent by Stripe. Job Traveler does not send marketing email and does not add you to a newsletter.
What we do not add
No advertising pixels. No “product analytics” that phone home to a random third party. Server logs may include IP addresses the way any web host does.
